Official Extension - AIESEC in I.R. Iran

The global Plenary has approved AIESEC in I.R. Iran as official extension of AIESEC.
The motion was strongly supported by a variety of countries. The Membership Subcomittee was pleased with the quality of work presented by the feasibility study and AIESEC International approved strongly of the extension. The motion was carried by 58 votes for and one abstention. Which is an incredible result for such an important issue.

So now it is time to start exchange activities, we can use the name AIESEC I.R. Iran, AIESEC Branding, register as an organization in Iran and create a Board of Advisors. Our next activities will be recruitment of new members and setting up a structure proposed by the Compendium which has been prepared.
