Recruitment and Induction

What happened after information evening? about 50 people send there motivation letters, we invited 24 of them for interviews and selected twelve for working and induction period. We educated the new people on the Identity of AIESEC, past, present and future of Iran plus some functional training on External Relations, Exchange and Talent Management. At the same time the new people worked on some AIESEC tasks and planned their AIESEC experience. Soon we will announce final results.
